A family home wrapped in layered screens
The house is defined by its screens. Wrapping the living spaces, they soften the tropical sun, let breezes pass through and give the family privacy from the street, while still allowing views out to the garden and the sky from every room.
Throughout the day, the screens cast changing patterns of light and shadow across the interiors, giving the home a gentle, living quality. Simple, durable materials and generous open spaces create a relaxed setting for family life.
The Principle of Privacy and Openness at TA.LE
A home needs to feel both open and protected. We use screens, courtyards and careful planning to let light, air and greenery in, while giving families the privacy and shelter they need to feel at ease.
At Coronation, layered screens make this balance visible, turning a practical need into the defining feature of the house.
The best homes let you feel connected to the outside world while being completely at rest.
